We strive to make sure our seven simple values are at the heart of everything we do.
Smestow academy is a diverse, multicultural and fully inclusive school based on our traditional Smestow values. These were created with our pupils, for our pupils. Our values shape all that we do, ensuring “success achieved together.”
We strive every day to provide the very best opportunities, experiences and education for all of our pupils. All members of our school community are valued equally, and we endeavour to build successful, resilient and confident learners. Fundamental to this is providing pupils with the knowledge, skills and opportunities to allow them to be curious, well-rounded and highly employable young people. This gives all our pupils the best possible start and enable them to go into the world and make outstanding contributions to modern British society.
