UNIFORM
Our uniform consists of:
- Black blazer
- White school shirt
- School tie in house colours (minimum of 6 stripes to be visible)
- Black 'V' neck long sleeve jumper (optional)
- Black tailored trousers or black formal skirt (appropriate length)
- Black socks or tights (not patterned)
- Plain black leather shoes
- Small stud earrings to be worn in the lower lobe
- NO facial piercings, false nails, false eyelashes or coloured nail varnish
- Natural hair colour only
- No shaved lines in hair/eyebrows
- Headscarves, wraps and bands must be plain black. Headscarves must be tucked under blazers with the school tie visible
All pupils are expected to wear full school uniform at all times and their appearance should be appropriate to a working environment. Shirts must be tucked in, top buttons fastened and ties tied so that 6 stripes are visible underneath the knot.
Hoodies or tracksuit tops are not permitted and will be confiscated. Coats are not to be worn around the building.
There will be sanctions for incorrect uniform which may result in pupils being removed from lessons until this is resolved.

Swimming Kit
- Navy or Black Swimming Suit, Swimming shorts/Swimming Costume
- Swimming Hat required for hair longer than shoulder length

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils, jewellery must not be worn during PE lessons, physical activities, afterschool clubs, and fixtures. This includes all items such as earrings (including stud earrings), necklaces, rings, and bracelets. We recommend pupils do not have new ear piercings done during term time, but if they do then earrings must be removed for all PE lessons and physical activity due to health and safety reasons. Plasters or tape will not be permitted to cover new or existing ear piercings during PE lessons. This requirement is in line with our duty of care and safeguarding responsibilities, as jewellery can pose a risk of injury to the wearer and others, particularly during physical or contact activities.
