The Year 7 girls took part in their rugby tournament this week and showed fantastic determination, enthusiasm, and teamwork throughout the event. For many of the girls, rugby was a completely new sport, but they embraced the challenge brilliantly and gave their all in every match.

There were some excellent moments on the pitch, with tries scored by Freya, Aurora and Poppy. A special mention also goes to Erica, who was deservedly named Lady of the Match for her outstanding effort and attitude.

The girls demonstrated brilliant sportsmanship, positivity, and energy all day long, supporting one another from start to finish. Although the team did not come away with the overall win, Miss Lowbridge was incredibly proud of every single player for their courage, commitment, and willingness to step outside their comfort zones. A wonderful team effort and a great experience for all involved!
